Once arriving at checkout, customers have the option to purchase shipping with a tracking number. In the event that a package is damaged, stolen, or lost, the customer will be able to get in contact with the mail carrier using their tracking number to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, if a tracking number was not chosen at checkout, there is nothing we can do on our end.
