Return Policy

Start my Return:

  1. Items may be returned within 21 days of the purchase date.
  2. Must have clothing tags attached, be unaltered, unwashed, and unworn as well as free of body odor and perfume.
  3. Any FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. No Exceptions.
  4. We are NOT responsible and will not accept returns or give refunds for damaged items once they have been delivered and are in your care. (Please read care/wash clothing labels carefully.) 
  5. Once your return is received and accepted, allow 5-7 business days for processing. Full refund will be given minus shipping cost. Shipping cost will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in 5-10 business days of initiation of refund. (Note: Depending on your bank this time may vary and has nothing to do with the Kay Anzo return policy)
  6. Items purchased during a sale (Ex: Holiday and clear out sales) are considered final sale. 
  7. Due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges. If an exchange is needed, we ask that the item(s) be treated like a return and a new order be placed.

I Am Ready To Begin My Return. How Do I Start? 

  1. Click here to begin your return. 
  2. Fill out the return form. Make sure to include your order # and reason for returning your item in the message box. Click Send. 



Once arriving at checkout, customers have the option to purchase shipping with a tracking number. In the event that a package is damaged, stolen, or lost, the customer will be able to get in contact with the mail carrier using their tracking number to resolve the issue. If you need help getting in contact with someone , feel free to email us at and we will try to do everything we can to assist you.

Unfortunately, if a tracking number was not chosen at checkout, there is nothing we can do on our end.
